This striking Postmodern executive desk features an organic, freeform kidney-shaped top crafted from rich wood veneer with a contrasting light-colored bullnose edge. The desk breaks away from traditional rectangular conventions by utilizing completely asymmetrical supports; a bold, glossy red cylindrical leg on one corner and a dramatic black wedge-shaped pedestal base on the other. A subtle linear groove and a vibrant red circular accent disk are embedded directly into the desktop, showcasing a playful yet sophisticated geometry. The build and design are attributed to Shreveport native and architect, Robert (Bob) Neff. 1923-1964
