You are never afraid to lead with your heart and genuinely care about every person you meet. You make the tough decisions to follow your dreams and (happily) put in the hours of work no one else sees. You are fearless and your work ethic is mind blowing. Thinking about your personal growth this year fills my heart in ways I could never imagined. The awards, accolades, and accomplishments this year were well deserved, but what makes us the proudest is your compassionate heart.
