We love seeing our community active and thriving.

🇺🇸 We remember.

On September 11, we pause from the hustle and bustle of everyday life to remember the lives lost, the families changed forever, and the ordinary people who showed extraordinary courage.

From our little corner, we’re grateful for the freedom, neighbors, first responders, and especially the community we call ours — things we can too easily take for granted.

And we remember the days that followed.
For a little while, we seemed to find our way back to one another. We were simply Americans, standing together.

How we long for that undivided country again. 😔

We used to be those people…

“Why are stores putting Halloween stuff out already?! It’s still HOT outside!” 😂🎃☀️

Then we opened a little resale store and learned why. 😅

So now we have to ask…

🍂 IT’S FINALLY THE “BER” MONTHS! 🍂

September has arrived, which means we’ve officially entered the best stretch of the year. 🎃🍁🍂🎄

Now… if somebody could just turn the thermostat down outside.😂

Anyway we’re ready for cooler days, cozy finds, football, fall colors and all the fun that comes with the “BER” months!

Come on, fall… we’re waiting on ya! ☺️❤️

What a special night! ❤️ We were truly honored to be a small part of it. These students have been entrusted with an important responsibility, and we’re praying they have a wonderful year of leading, serving, and encouraging their Houses.

Thank you, Sager Classical Academy, for allowing The Yardsale Store to be part of such a meaningful evening. We’re proud to support our local students and community! 🙏❤️

We recently celebrated Captain’s Night, a special commissioning evening for our Upper School House leaders!

At Sager Classical Academy, our House Captains are 9th–12th grade students who apply for the position. Faculty select students who have demonstrated strong leadership, good character, and a genuine willingness to serve and support their House.

Captain’s Night is a meaningful evening where each House Supervisor—our teachers who lead and mentor the Houses—prays over the students and pins them, signifying their commitment to their new leadership role.

After the commissioning, our Captains enjoyed a fun evening together with dinner and an escape room! A HUGE thank you to The Yardsale store and Vital Church of Siloam Springs for sponsoring this special evening and investing in our student leaders! We are so grateful for your support! ❤️
