Fun fact ✨🧼

Did you know I put my soap in the oven? 😆
Don’t worry — I’m not baking it at 450° for 30 minutes!

While I’m making soap, I warm my oven to about 200°, then turn it OFF before placing the finished soap inside the warm oven. This helps force the “gel phase” during soapmaking, which keeps the soap from cooling too quickly (a major cause of cracking) and helps the colors stay rich and vibrant! 🌈✨

Soapmaking is definitely a mix of science and art — and I love every bit of it! 💕
