I’m so sad to say that we won’t be participating in this event any longer. Some unfortunate events occurred at the facility and we pulled our spot because of it. However, we will be updating our website for online shopping and will be at rainy daze brewing on May 2nd from 11-4. So sorry for any inconvenience. We will keep you posted!

So many great memories and connections made in the kitsap mall! We had so much fun making candles with this community! We grew a very close and special team along with very special customers who became friends.

Although our location is officially closed, we are now on the road with our candle-making experience! We will be doing local candle-making experiences where we will pop-up in many local locations, at local breweries for a sip n’ pour, and/or a private event in your home or indoor event location.

During this transition, our website is under maintenance in order to add a new section for booking events. However, you can still shop online with us today. We will continue to restock our products and soon our DIY candle-making kits will be available online.
Also, If you don’t want to make a candle yourself, we are excited to share that our website will also contain a custom candle section where we make the candle you want for you!
We will announce when our website, thewaxartist.com, will be up and ready for you!
Currently, all candle crew members will be able to use their points online.

Thank you to everyone who supported our dream! We are excited for this new transition. We will continue to keep in touch! Thank you !

After almost 3 amazing years at the mall, we’re sharing some big news: our retail location will be closing on February 28th.

This space has given us so much; memories we’ll never forget, friendships we didn’t expect, and a community that has supported us from day one. Whether you came in to treat yourself, create a gift, celebrate a special moment, or just chat scents with us… thank you. Truly.

Like many small businesses, we’ve had to make thoughtful decisions in a changing environment. We’re choosing to step away from a full-time retail space and move into a model that’s sustainable, and also gives us time to focus on our family as we welcome our newest little “candle-maker” into the world. 🍼✨

Important note for our loyalty + gift card friends:
🕯️ If you want to use loyalty points or gift cards for candle-making in the studio, please do so before February 28th.
🛍️ Gift cards + loyalty points will still be usable online after the store closes.
