Did you know my heat gun is an essential tool for making our chocolates? It heats tools, chocolate molds and helps gently warm chocolate to maintain its temper- or even clean it off of surfaces!

Wow, it’s been quite the Summer! From pop-ups, to our 1 Year Anniversary, to the Willow Fire, we’ve been keeping busy. We’re grateful to be safe and out of the evacuation stage and are now in the process of getting our kitchen space back in order in Leadville, along with playing catchup from the evacuation process. Please bear with us during this time, but know that we’re still open every Thurs-Sun at our storefront in Silverthorne with plenty of sweets!
