Something beautiful is growing… 🌿

I am so excited (and honestly still in awe!) to finally share that I am the new owner of Stamen & Pistil.

This has been a dream, and I feel incredibly humbled and grateful to step into this new chapter. To everyone who has reached out with encouragement, shared kind words, or simply cheered me on, THANK YOU Your support has meant more than you know.

I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to Heather, who poured so much love, creativity, and care into Stamen & Pistil over the years. Thank you for trusting me with something you’ve nurtured so beautifully. It is truly an honor to continue the story you’ve started while building on the wonderful foundation you’ve created.

Many of you have been wondering why the shop has been closed. Behind the scenes, we’ve been busy refreshing the space, learning the ins and outs of the business, bringing in beautiful new inventory, and preparing to welcome you back through the doors.

My hope for Stamen & Pistil is simple: that it would be more than just a plant and gift shop. I hope it’s a place where people feel welcomed, inspired, and encouraged, and where you leave with something beautiful, whether that’s a new plant, the perfect gift, or simply a smile.

Thank you, Silverton, for already making me feel so loved and supported. I can’t wait to welcome you into this next season.

I wanted to post today and let you know that Sunday July 12th will be my (Heather’s) last day at Stamen & Pistil. It has been an honor and privilege to have experienced this journey you have all taken with me. I appreciate each and every one of our customers that have shopped with us. So many of you have become genuine friends. I am walking way from this place with a full heart thanks to you all for your love.
I leave you now in the hands of a new chapter. The new owner will equally revel in what is to come.
With that being said. The new owners will be opening back up shortly. So expect a week or so of possibly being closed for them to adjust to the space.

Syngonium are one of my favorites.
This easy care houseplant enjoys bright light but can handle indirect sunlight as well.
Not a fussy as others, checking water once a week will keep these beauties happy and healthy.

Today is a bitter sweet day.
Mondays are like that naturally.
I have been in the plant shop biz since 2015. I love the store and how it has evolved since its inception.
I have found numerous notebooks full of doodles and brainstorming and list making from my ideas of what I wanted Stamen & Pistil to look like.
It has been an honor and privilege to get to serve the Silverton community.
Plants are our business, but people are the reason we exist.
I’m am happy/sad to announce that it is time to pass the torch to a new owner.
We are on the search for the next owner of Stamen & Pistil.
The store is officially for sale. All inquiries can DM for more information.
Change is on the horizon for myself and my family.
Thank you so much for the continued support and help us find the next caretakers of this beautiful and unique part of Silverton’s downtown core.
