Looking to ID this individual....2 seperate days that I can confirm. Tuesday Aug 18th and Sunday August 23rd. Van pictured. No back plates. Watching additional cameras to see if I can get a better angle. Said she just lost a lot of weight...and needed a new wardrobe. Just doesn't want to pay for said wardrobe 🤦🏼‍♀️
