Due to weather, the Morningside Days Carnival is cancelled tonight (Friday, May 16). We’re sad to miss the fun, but safety comes first!

👉 Good news: We’re extending the fun on Sunday!
🎟 New Hours: Saturday Noon – 10:30 PM
Sunday Noon - 9 PM
🎉 Sunday will now be Buddy Night!
That means 2 wristbands for the price of 1 when you come with a friend!

The Morningside Days Carnival kicks off May 15–18, 2025—four full days of rides, games, and family fun right here in Morningside!

🎪 CARNIVAL HOURS:
📅 Thursday: 4 PM – 10 PM
📅 Friday: 4 PM – 10:30 PM (Buddy Night – 2 for the price of 1 wristbands!)
📅 Saturday: Noon – 10:30 PM
📅 Sunday: 1 PM – 8 PM

🎟 Wristbands are $32 or $32 for 30 tickets.
💸 Save $5 by purchasing a voucher in advance at select Peter’s Park businesses—available until Friday at 5 PM!

🎺 The 74th Annual Morningside Days Parade is TOMORROW! 🎺

📍 Date: Thursday, May 15th, 2025
⏰ Start Time: 6:30 PM
🚦 Parade kicks off at Morningside Avenue & Lakeport Street and winds its way through the heart of our neighborhood—ending near Dimmitt Hall at Morningside University!

Grab your lawn chairs, gather your friends and family, and find a great spot along the route to enjoy floats, music, and community fun!
