If you have something in mind reach out to me and I will see what I can do to accommodate your request. All purchases need to be paid in full before I start any new or personalizing cups. These tumblers are made with food safe, high gloss epoxy and does take 72 hours to cure after its final coat. Each cup can get up to 3 coats depending on what is being done. I'd like to say it will take a week to

make a custom cup, but sometimes it might take a little longer but I will always have good communication. If you are adding a name to a cup already made I will have to add another coat of epoxy to seal it and then it will take 3 days before I can ship it. Please remember all cups are handmade and even though I want every cup to be 100% perfect some flaws or imperfections are possible, but I will be 100% honest with you about any.
