605 Running Company

What could the equivalent of $166.67 per month do for your business?

That’s the starting investment for a 2027 Community Partnership with 605 Running Company: $2,000 for a year of website and event email logo placement, social recognition, and race entries.

Want your name on event shirts and signage, too? Our Featured Partnership is $3,500 annually—the equivalent of $291.67 per month.

For presenting recognition at a signature race, photo branding, and additional programming partnerships, our Presenting level is $7,500 annually—the equivalent of $625 per month.

Last year, our six signature race pages recorded 35,371 sponsorship views. And race pages are just one place our partners receive recognition.

Put your business where our running community gathers. Help us build a great year of events, and give your employees and customers a reason to join the fun.

What a great morning at the Sioux Falls Area Running Club Trail Race Series at Newton Hills. We have enjoyed exploring the local trails with our running community all year long. 605 Running Co. has been able to time every single race in the series. What a great year!

What does it take to build the business behind the finish line?

In a new blog post, 605 Running Company owner Greg Koch shares an honest look at entrepreneurship: learning to lead, hearing no, supporting a growing team, and finding ways to sustain the work.

He also shares why creating opportunities for others to cross a finish line means so much—and how our 2027 business partnerships can help us keep building.

To everyone who shops with us, runs our races, volunteers, works alongside us, or trusts us with an event: thank you. You’re part of this story.

South Dakota running is having a moment.

The newest issue of Running Insight dropped today, and we’re pretty proud to see South Dakota represented in a couple of different corners of the national running industry.

Rapid City’s Simeon Birnbaum is featured in “The Road Less Run,” discussing his incredible career, his goals at the University of Oregon and his decision to partner with Diadora.

That one hits especially close to home for us. 605 Running Company is proud to carry Diadora, and we’ve developed a great relationship with a brand that continues to invest in and support runners right here in South Dakota.

A few pages earlier, 605 was invited into another national conversation: “Run Clubs: Friend or Foe?” The article explores the incredible growth of run clubs, the opportunities they’re creating and the evolving relationship between clubs, brands and local running stores.

Our perspective is pretty simple:

“We all need more runners and run clubs are creating more runners.”

As running continues to grow, our job is to keep finding ways to support it — through great products, compelling races, partnerships with clubs and brands, and by continuing to build 605 Running Company as a running solutions center for our community.

From one of South Dakota’s brightest young athletes to the running community being built right here in Sioux Falls, it’s pretty cool to see South Dakota running represented on the national stage.
