It is with much regret that we have to say our business is officially closed for the time being and we are out of production of our sauces and seasonings.
We had hoped to sell our current property and get moved into a different facility within this last year, but that did not happen.
As of now, we have no idea as to when or even if we will be producing our products again.
We appreciate the support from our fans, friends, and family over the last 25 years.

Some of you may have seen that our property is for sale and have questions. To clarify some things:
1. We are only selling the property, not the business.
2. We are looking to move into a new facility that would better meet our needs and allow for future expansion. We are hoping this facility will still be in the Siren area.
3. Most of the stock we had built up has already gone out to our retail accounts. Due to trying to get the property ready for sale and all it will entail, our production is shut down for the moment. Once we get things more sorted, we are hoping to get more sauce and seasonings produced to keep retailers stocked during our transition period between facilities.

This summer has felt like a year. So many issues, everything from storm damage to new labels. We know alot of places have ran out of stock but we are back up in production.

Hope everyone has been having an excellent summer! Just a reminder that Labor Day weekend is almost here. If you were planning to order ribs or pulled Pork, you only have a few hours left to do so because, today is the last day to get your orders in. After that it will be first come first get. We plan to be fully stocked for the big weekend but, we never know when we may run out.

Christmas is coming fast. In fact the 8th is the last day for people to get their orders in for ribs. Quantities are limited. Leaving a message does not guarantee an order. You have to speak to one of us to confirm your order. There will be no off hours pickups. Just as a reminder, we are doing what we can to get sauce and seasoning orders shipped out as soon as possible but, we are already seeing many delays with shipping companies. Due to these delays we are not guaranteeing any arrival dates. We wish you all a happy holiday season.

2021 Has been flying by. We know there were lots of issues with supplies and changes and we really appreciate everyone's patience and support through this last year because of them. We are continuing to restock items as fast as we can.
Keep in mind, the Holidays will be here sooner than we think. Get orders in early. There are expected to be huge shipping delays and that is something we cannot control.
Although we usually are adding more and more retail locations every year, this last year found that some that others supplied aren't getting supplied anymore, locations have restructured their product purchasing, or are no longer in business. We will always try to point you in the direction of your nearest retailer if you ask us.
The shop will continue to be open Thurs-Sat up until Christmas (except Thanksgiving). The stock is limited and subject to run out anyday. Get your orders in early or you may miss out.
We want to end our season this year with some fun so make sure to check back to see what we have planned.
