I have had so many questions over the years about refinishing, finishes, upholstering and reinventing I thought why not?

Before and after shots of a chest I reinvented using Amy Howard one step paint in Bauhaus buff, cartouch green on inside of drawers and cabinet. Over that I used 2c Amalfi Coast Milk Paint to 1/2c Noir then waxed. Inside the drawer, I modge Podged an Audobon print as a surprise for my husband who is an outdoorsman. Gold leafing on the existing hardware was the final touch!

Toward the end of the shots are shots of me using antiquing medium and I didn't like the look. I think I was a bit too heavy handed with the application! The nice bit is I just did another coat of milk paint and then waxed the piece with Light and Dark antiquing wax. DONE!

Hello all! I have had so many people ask me questions over the years on how to refinish and reinvent furniture and accent pieces in their homes that I had started this small side business to educate and inspire my fellow design addicts! I am open to any ideas for projects you may like to see and I will be posting inspiration projects as well as the projects I am working on. Happy Creating!
