After our email yesterday, we got flooded with messages asking the same thing: "Are you guys closing down??"
The answer is no. We're not going anywhere. We're just going to look a little different.
After tomorrow, BIG LAW is having us retire many of our most popular Philly sports designs for the foreseeable future. The ones that have meant the most to us over the years. The ones that started real conversations. Got high-fives at the ballpark. Even earned us a thank you letter from the Vatican (yes, that actually happened).
It's a hard one to swallow - we put everything into these designs. Our creativity. Our time and effort. Our hearts and our souls. And now, after everything, they're being taken from us.
But they don't have to be taken from you... not yet. Until 5pm tomorrow you can still get one of our Philly sports designs so they can keep living on.. In your closet. On your back. Walking around the city. Starting conversations with other people who "get it".
The more of you who grab one of these designs before 5pm tomorrow — the more they will be out in the world, being worn, being loved, and reminding people what real Philly pride looks like.
So that's the ask: get one. Or more. Not because we're going anywhere. Not because we want to make money. But because we truly love these designs. And these designs deserve to live on through the people who love them.
And what happens after 5p tomorrow?
We're not entirely sure.. But one thing is for certain. We're not done. We can't be. Because just like the city of Philly, there is no quit in us. We know what it means to get knocked down and still get back up.
Rocky said it best: "It's not about how hard you hit. It's about how hard you can get hit and keep moving forward."
Yea, we got hit. And it hurts. A lot. But we're gonna keep on moving forward.
Because we're from Philly. Ph*cking Philly. No one likes us. And we don't care.
