In the heart of downtown Chicago, we created a spring Persian delight. A full-service evening began with a luxurious spread—charcuterie board, Persian-marinated olives, kuku sabzi, kashke bademjan, and more. The dinner table followed with elegance: morasah polow, chicken kebab, ghormeh sabzi, fesenjoon, and salmon topped with sabzi ghaliyeh. Every detail, from A to Z, was crafted with care.
