When you arrive at Agate Alley Gem Mine, park in our parking lot and then head up the stairs to the Rock Shop! 🪨✨

That’s where you’ll purchase your tickets for the Dig-a-Saurus Pit or choose your gem mining bucket!

Kids can dig for prehistoric treasures and receive a bag to fill with whatever they discover! Who knows what they’ll uncover?!

💎 Gem Mining Buckets — $20–$500
From beginner buckets to BIG treasure-hunting adventures, there’s a bucket for everyone! You never know what beautiful gems and minerals you might find. ✨

Have you visited our sluice? It is covered so it can be used even when it rains! It is wheelchair accessible! We designed it so that kids and adults could use it. We fill each bucket with gemstones and fossils that we handpicked ourselves. We provide you with an identification card so that you can see what you are getting. If you have visited our sluice this year, would you leave us a review? Would you care to share photos? It would really mean a lot to us. It helps us when people are looking for things to do in the area.
