erstand we are a small business. We rely on sales/payments in order to be able to purchase new products for you. ***Effective immediately all invoices (including invoices open at this time) must be paid in full within 10 days of being invoiced, unless you have discussed another option with us beforehand and we have agreed. Please note Paypal will send you a regular reminder. We have no problem accepting payments but your invoice cannot be more than $200.00 at that time. Any invoices over $200.00 must be paid down to $200.00 within the 10 days. At that time you are allowed 30 days to pay the balance of your $200.00 invoice. (For example you claim products for $500.00 at our show. You have 10 days to pay $300.00 and the balance of $200.00 must be paid within 30 days.) We would appreciate a payment on your invoice every 10 days until your invoice is paid. We will not allow any additional claims on new products at our lives and static posts unless your invoice is below $200.00. If your balance of $200.00 is not paid within 30 days of being open your invoice will be cancelled and your products will be put back up for sale. At that time you will be given a warning. After 3 warnings you will no longer be able to claim any products and will be banned from the group. There are no exceptions. ***You can still leave your box open to add [products but your invoice must be paid.*** We know it is difficult to say no when you see something you have to have, but please do not claim something you are unable to afford at that time. If there is something you would love to see again in the future just let us know and we will do our best to get it back in stock. ALSO: When we have special sales (example the 40% off sale) there will be a set date for payment to be made in full. There are not payment plans allowed for these shows. Payment is due in full on the given date. If the invoice is NOT paid by that date for the special shows your invoice will be immediately cancelled, your products will go back on the shelf and you will receive a warning.
