📢 SUPPRESSOR / NFA UPDATE

By now, many of you have probably heard about the recent court ruling involving the NFA and Form 4 requirements for suppressors.

We know there are a lot of questions—and a lot of information circulating online—about what this means for suppressor purchases and transfers.

Here’s where Celtic Crossfire Armory stands:

Until we receive official guidance from the ATF and/or DOJ changing the current procedure, we are required to continue following the process currently in place.

➡️ That means we will continue submitting Form 4s for suppressor transfers at this time.

A court ruling and a change in the procedure FFL/SOT dealers are required to follow are not necessarily the same thing. We are not going to make assumptions based on social media posts, rumors, or someone else’s interpretation of the ruling.

As soon as ATF/DOJ provides official direction telling dealers how to proceed, we will adjust our process accordingly.

We’re following this closely and will keep our customers updated as we receive reliable information.
