Have you ever had someone say something about you...

and instead of feeling surprised...

you felt like you already knew?

That happened to me a few years ago.

And it completely changed the way I think about intuition, healing, and self-trust.

Tomorrow’s episode of Courageously Awake is one of the most personal episodes I’ve recorded yet.

We’re talking about why you probably don’t have an intuition problem...

You have a trust problem.

And the difference changes everything.

🎙️ New episode tomorrow.

I can’t wait to share this one with you.

💛 Trust what feels true.

I used to think I needed more confidence.

More confidence to make decisions.

More confidence to trust my intuition.

More confidence to speak up.

But eventually I realized...

Confidence wasn’t the problem.

The problem was that I couldn’t tell the difference between my own voice...

and the voices I’d inherited.

Conditioning.

Fear.

Old stories.

People pleasing.

When all of those voices sound like your own...

of course it’s hard to trust yourself.

That’s exactly what we’re talking about in this week’s episode of Courageously Awake.

And it’s also why I created the Truth Detector™ Assessment.

Not to tell you who you are.

To help you recognize the voices that have been shaping your life.

Have you ever been asked...

“What do YOU want?”
..and realized you didn’t have an answer?

I don’t think women lose themselves overnight.

I think it happens quietly.

One compromise.

One ignored intuition.

One “yes” when we meant “no.”

One dream we convinced ourselves was unrealistic.

Until one day, we realize we’ve become fluent in everyone else’s expectations...

and disconnected from our own voice.

The beautiful thing?

If we can slowly lose ourselves...

we can slowly return.

Not by becoming someone new.

By remembering who we’ve always been.

✨ Voice Liberator Reflection

Where have you been listening to everyone else’s voice...

more than your own?

Sit with it.

Stay curious.

One of the biggest lies many of us were taught is this:

If you’re a good person...

you put everyone else first.

So we become the helper.

The peacemaker.

The dependable one.

The one who always understands.

The one who never asks for too much.

And while everyone else experiences us as generous...

we slowly experience ourselves as invisible.

That’s what makes self-abandonment so difficult to recognize.

It doesn’t feel selfish to keep saying yes.

It feels responsible.

It feels loving.

It feels like the “right thing.”

Until one day...

you realize you’ve become incredibly skilled at caring for everyone except yourself.

Healing isn’t about becoming less compassionate.

It’s about expanding that compassion to include you.

Today I want to leave you with one question:

Have you been a good person to yourself lately?

💛 Trust what feels true.

08/18/2026

What if self-abandonment isn’t something dramatic?

What if it looks like...

Being the dependable one.

Always saying yes.

Keeping the peace.

Putting everyone else’s needs before your own.

Smiling when you’re exhausted.

Saying, “It’s fine,” when it isn’t.

The hardest part?

From the outside, it often looks like you’re doing everything right.

But on the inside...

you slowly lose touch with your own voice.

In this week’s episode of Courageously Awake, we’re talking about what self-abandonment really looks like, why it happens, and how rebuilding self-trust begins with one simple question:

“What do I actually want?”

08/07/2026

I used to think people-pleasing was just part of who I was.

I was kind.

Easygoing.

Flexible.

The one who could always adapt.

But eventually I realized...

I wasn’t always choosing those things.

Sometimes I was using them to stay safe.

Because when you’ve learned that conflict threatens connection...

keeping everyone else happy can start to feel like survival.

The problem is...

When everyone else’s voice becomes louder than your own, you slowly lose touch with what you actually want.

Healing isn’t about becoming selfish.

It’s about remembering that your needs, your truth, and your voice belong in the conversation too.

So today, I want to ask you:

Have you ever mistaken a survival strategy for your personality?

💛 I’d love to hear your thoughts.

08/06/2026

Have you ever noticed how quickly you believe the critical voice in your head?

The one that says...

“You’re too much.”

“You’re asking for too much.”

“Don’t disappoint people.”

“You should already have this figured out.”

What if I told you...

those thoughts aren’t necessarily your truth?

One of the biggest shifts in my own life came when I realized that not every voice in my head belonged to me.

Some were inherited.

Some were learned.

Some were survival strategies.

And the more I began questioning them, the easier it became to hear the quieter voice underneath them.

The one that wasn’t demanding.

Wasn’t shaming.

Wasn’t performing.

Just...truth.

So today, I want to leave you with one question:

Whose voice have you been listening to?

🎙️ If this resonates, this week’s episode of Courageously Awake dives deeper into this exact conversation.
