Our small business, along with many others, was recently impacted by the sudden closure of Painted Tree Boutique Mall. We are now working quickly to secure a new location so we can continue serving our community.

This is more than a bookstore.

It’s a place for:
✨ literacy
✨ children’s reading
✨ community connection
✨ local authors and events

As one of the few Black-owned bookstores in the country, this mission matters — and we are committed to continuing it.

We have already identified potential locations and are actively working toward reopening, but we need support to move forward quickly and successfully.
