We think the coolest thing about Western New York is all the amazing, talented, and creative people. That's why we started our series 'Pieces of Western New York' 🧩

Today, we hang with our friend Krista Sobon who started with a simple idea and grew it into the multi-destination resource that is Spruce on Main. Krista is a Snyder resident and mom to 3 daughters but it was her random pandemic-era desire to open a store that launched Spruce and is excited to bring a new shopping opportunity to the local community. She thoughtfully decides what to carry in the shop which includes a nice mix of local products as well.�

I was asked to speak at a local garden club meeting about tablescapes and I’m so nervous. But also so grateful. I am still in awe that this is my job. And more shocked that people regularly ask for my opinion and advice! Truly so lucky! But for now, you’ll find me practicing all afternoon. Wish me luck!
