Ellie's Excellent Eggs Ellie sells delicious eggs from our free range hens! They are happy, healthy hens who eat insects and worms along with the feed we provide.

This makes for nutrient rich eggs packed fun of tasty goodness! They are way better than any store bought eggs!

We had a first tonight on the way to put the baby chicks up! We found a worm snake. It's a small, completely harmless snake that feeds primarily on earthworms. It was a great learning experience for us all!

We bought 7 more chicks to add to our flock of 3 this spring. We inherited 2 more from my sister Jamie! We now have an even dozen. The 9 chicks are 3 Barred Rock, 4 Rhode Island Reds, 2 Buff Orpingtons. We also have the 3 mature hens which are 2 Tetra Brown and 1 Ameraucana! They are so much fun!
