Saturday 6/25: Donna Erickson has a focused meditation group on Saturdays at 2 pm at the Shoppe. No appointment needed, just drop in. The meditation seeks to channel the elemental energies in the universe. On Saturday June 25 the focus will be on discernment – Donna describes this as seeing the beauty of everyday life.
