IMPORTANT SUPPRESSOR UPDATE
We’re aware of the recent news surrounding suppressors, and like many of you, we’re excited about what may be coming—but we’re also proceeding cautiously.
At this time, the ATF/NFA has not yet issued the written guidance necessary for us to begin transferring suppressors without an approved Form 4. Until that official guidance is released, Soldier Fi****ms will continue operating under the current written rules and regulations.
What does this mean for you?
You can still purchase a suppressor from Soldier Fi****ms today. We can either:
• Hold the suppressor in your name while we wait for further guidance, or
• Proceed with the current Form 4 process.
We want to be clear: Soldier Fi****ms proudly supports your Second Amendment rights 100%. At the same time, we have a responsibility to operate our FFL in accordance with the laws and regulations currently in effect.
We’re just as eager as you are to see how this develops. As soon as official guidance is provided and we have a clear legal path forward, we’ll adjust our process accordingly.
