"I want one that gets hotter." 🔥

We hear it all the time—but that's not how infrared heat works.

Unlike traditional saunas, infrared saunas heat your body directly, not the air. That deeper, more efficient heat means they don't need extremely high temperatures to be effective.

✅ Ideal cabin temperature: 110°–130°F
✅ Deep, penetrating heat therapy
✅ Higher temperatures aren't better—they're just harder on the body.

When shopping for an infrared sauna, don't let the maximum temperature be the deciding factor. The quality of the heaters and the infrared technology matter far more than chasing a higher number on the display.

Have questions? We're happy to help you find the right sauna for your needs.
