Working on my final batch of mugs for The Somerset Historical Center MTN Craft Days. I wanted something that really made you think Somerset County.

Barn Quilt Mugs Origins: While folk art similar to barn quilts dates back around 300 years to European immigrant. Appalachian heritage.

Maple Mugs: Somerset County, Pennsylvania, is the top producer of maple syrup in the state, with a sugaring tradition dating back to Indigenous peoples and 1760s European settlers.

Mountain Mugs: Somerset County is home to 37 named mountains. The highest is Mount Davis at 978 m.
