Well... It's almost time. Just a couple more days ...

Over the last few months I've gone from an idea to a garage full of equipment, recipes, supplies, and a whole lot of planning.

The steam tables are here. The hotel pans are stacked. The smokers are ready. The meat is stocked.

Now it's time to put it all together.

Starting Monday, Saucy Beard BBQ will be serving at Hilltop Fireworks in Somersworth, NH.

If you've been following along since the beginning, thank you. If this is your first time hearing about us, come give us a try.

We'll be serving:
Monday, June 29
Wednesday, July 1
Friday, July 3
Saturday, July 4

11:00 AM until sold out.

I can't wait to see everyone next week.
