Just a small business supporting some other small businesses…
We ended the weekend slinging sauce in Chester NY at a spicy farmers market which featured several of our sauce buddies slinging alongside each other along with some other wonderful local makers and vendors. After the trip back home, we decided to have dinner out at one of our favorite restaurants Stage House Scotch Plains where we always order our own go-tos: fish and chips for Mrs Hot Graham, and the smoked pulled pork mac and cheese for Mr Hot Graham, and adding our Concerto hot sauce to the skillet because it enhances the flavors of this wonderful dish! Our server Katie was intrigued and is also a hot sauce lover and plans to visit us at an upcoming farmers market for a sauce flight tasting!
I forgot to take a photo of my holster with my favorite HGSC sauce from Hot Sauce Holsters but we just love this company and its owners, and we are huge fans of the tavern!! And yes, it pairs well with a Guinness and yes, I did use the entire bottle of hot sauce on my meal because it’s just that good… much to the repeated disbelief of Mrs Hot Graham who just “deals with” her spouse quietly…😂🤣🔥🥰😆😀🌶🌶

🥰🔥🌶It’s the last day of the Fiery Farmfest at Long Lot Farm Brewery hosted by Spice Beast ! Come on out to the Spicy Farmers Market today 8/23 from 11am to 4pm. 153 Johnson Road in beautiful Chester NY. Various vendors offering food, crafts and hot sauce, and the weather looks like it’s going to be great again once the rain tapers off at 10am!! There will be live music, craft beer, and you can try our award winning hot sauces including our Dies Irae hot sauce which won Best Extra Hot sauce yesterday! It’s a banger with great flavor featuring pineapple, ginger, garam masala and vanilla extract with three superhot peppers for a great sauce to use on tacos, empanadas, soups, and sandwiches! We look forward to seeing you!! 🥰🔥🌶

🥰🌶🔥It’s another busy weekend for the Grahams with Susan at Bernardsville Farmers' Market at the rail station lot, Lorne at Rebel Sheep Wine Co. in Chester for their Sunflower Festival 12-6; and on Sunday we’re at Somerset County Regional Farmers Market at Somerville MS from 10-1! Come see us and try out delicious hot sauces!! 🥰🌶🤔

🥰🔥🌶👍Come see us at the Watchung Farmers Market Tuesday Aug 11 at the Best Lake parking lot just off the Watchung Circle from 3-7pm! Great sauces to put some zing in your meals, live music and fresh produce from Prince’s Farm Stand in Mountainside along with Murphy’s Greens! Plus empanadas, home products, cobblers, Jamaican and Mexican fusion cuisine, and frozen fruit pops! Lots of good stuff waiting for you! 🥰🔥🌶🎶🎵

SATURDAY
Come see Lorne at the Rebel Sheep Sunflower Festival in Chester with a great lineup of vendors, live music and sunflowers! 12-6
Susan and her flute bestie Mardee are playing in Manahawkin tonight at 7:30 with The Orchestra of St Peter by the Sea! Always a great program of music including crowd favorites and banter with the wonderful Fr Alphonse Stephenson at the helm. 🪈🪈🎶🎵
SUNDAY
Susan will be slinging the sauce at the Somerville MS parking lot from 10-1 alongside a full slate of small businesses offering everything for your home meals from fresh produce and roasted coffee beans and drinks, to honey, jams, kombucha and pies and quiches!
Lorne will be slinging sauce at the Marlboro Farmers Market from 9am to 1pm. This is a terrific market as well where there’s prepared foods as well as fresh produce, alcoholic beverages, fresh guacamole(!), and various prepared meals of different cuisines!

🥰🔥🌶Tuesday August 4th is National Night Out and we’ll be at the event in Watchung from 3-7 pm celebrating a night of community with the local fire, rescue squad and police departments at the Best Lake parking lot! We’ve got some great small businesses, tasty foods, live music, award winning sauces and we’ll be joined by the lovely artist Amelia S at 5pm who designed the beautiful label backdrop of our tasty pineapple and mango hot sauce RHUMBA that’s a perfect culinary dance partner for your tacos, seafood, and wings!! Try some sauce, buy some sauce, enjoy on your Taco Tuesday and come hang with the Watchung community!! Just off the circle across from the Wilson Church. 🥰🔥🌶🌮🚒🚓🚑👍😀

🥰🔥🌶 Holy cow, it’s already the end of July and where has the time flown!
Here’s where the Hot Graham crew will be in the month of August so you can make your meals, potlucks, picnics and family gatherings full of flavor and spice!!

Chatham Farmers Market: Chatham train station lot Saturdays August 1 and 29, from 10am to 2pm.

Bernardsville Farmers Market: Bernardsville train station lot Saturdays August 1, 8, 15 and 29 from 9am to 1pm.

Somerset County Regional Farmers Market: Somerville Middle School parking lot Sundays August 2, 9, 16 and 30 from 10am to 1pm.

Watchung Farmers Market: Best Lake parking lot off the Watchung Circle, Tuesdays August 4 (National Night Out) and 11th, from 3pm to 7pm.

Rebel Sheep Sunflower Festival: Rebel Sheep Wine Company in Chester NJ Saturdays August 8 and 15, from 12 Noon to 6pm.

Marlboro Farmers Market: 444 Route 520 in Marlboro NJ, Saturday August 9, from 9am to 1pm.

3rd Annual Fiery Farmfest: This year the event is over three days of spicy fun at Long Lot Farm Brewery in Chester NY! A sauce tasting party at the brewery on Friday August 21 from 5pm to 10pm with plenty of beer and hot sauce along with food trucks; Saturday August 22nd is the hot sauce festival with 22 spicy makers, craft beer, food trucks and spicy challenges, from 12 Noon to 7pm or maybe to close! Sunday August 23rd is a spicy farmers market at the brewery with delightful local vendors and artisans with food trucks, sauce tasting and purchasing and just a nice community event at the farm from 11am to 4pm. It’ll be an event you won’t want to miss!

🖐️And then there were five.🖐️

Our Sarabande Hot Sauce has been quietly retired this week. It was a bittersweet decision to remove this sauce from our lineup, but we are currently working on a new sauce in our Hot Graham Kitchen, so stay tuned!
