These gorgeous earrings are hand carved from Jicara 🌳
Jicara is a flowering tree that grows a hard round seed pod most similar to a coconut shell 🥥
We work with the Artisan Yael from the state of Oaxaca, who harvests the Jicara trees and then hand carves and paints the seed pods into these beautiful earrings and other items.
Our favorite thing about these earrings is that they are super light weight! And when you look closely, you can truly appreciate the work it took to achieve these.
