Oh boy, are we excited to have our friend making treats for the holiday market! If you’ve missed the Monday Bakery/ Woodshop Coffee team up, she is the lovely human who was behind those delightful pastries. Market opens at 11am Nov 16 but we will have cups of coffee and bites available at 10am for any early birds wondering through the wonders at . Looking forward to seeing y’all again soon!

We are very excited to share our upcoming events with y’all. Woodshop Coffee was always meant to share our love of artisan coffee AND artisan craft.

We will be hosting a dinner on Nov 15. Tickets are available in the bio link. The dinner will include a preview of selected pieces from artist participating in our holiday market the following day 11-4pm.

We will be serving up cups of Woodshop and pastry for folks during the market on Nov 16th. We are looking forward to sharing some of the immense talent that exists in our community with everyone and hope to see y’all there!

This crew right here has been a such joy to work with. Their dedication to coffee is exactly what we were looking for in sharing Woodshop with Sonoma Valley. We are sad to say goodbye but so grateful for the time spent and friendships made together. Thank you for everything you gave to our little town.

We are so incredibly grateful to for the opportunity to share our love of coffee with the Sonoma Valley. Sadly tomorrow will be Monday’s last day and your last day to enjoy some tasty Woodshop bevs. Stop by for a treat and take home some beans. We’ll be around throughout the day and would love to see y’all. We’ve got a lot more to say about how amazing Sally and the whole Monday crew has been over these past few years but for now we’ll just say the love runs real real deep ♥️

Excited to say Woodshop is now available at both locations, on Hwy 12 and Arnold. This is particularly meaningful because of what role The Fruit Basket has played in Sonoma Valley. It’s a local grocery for The Springs where I grew up and is run by Omar who is a community minded business owner. Feeling grateful to share our wares at an establishment I frequent often and has been a local haunt since my childhood. Stop by, pick up a bag and get some of your grocery shopping done the local way. ♥️

French Flea this weekend at !! It’s gonna be a big one folks. Amazing curations of antiques from our lovely friends with live music and food bites. We’ll have some cups early at 9am and the festivities begin at 10:30. Come on by.

Popped up this weekend at with beautiful Gateaux Basque from ! On a longer more personal note.

I am so grateful to Aline for sharing this taste of Euskera Herria. My grandfather was Basque and has always stood as a giant in my mind. He and my grandmother are why we moved to Sonoma, to keep the family close together.

He was forced from his home when he was young because he chose to stand up against authoritarianism. When autonomy was taken from his people he did not shrink back and it cost him his homeland.

This weekend we want to celebrate the people that live in this country who fight for equity and autonomy of self, even when it takes sacrifice. The right to speak the language you wish, to worship as you wish, do with your body as you wish, to vote freely as you wish.

We want to celebrate the arrival of, Eneko, my grandfather’s great grandchild. She will learn how he fought for her decades before she was born and how her autonomy is sacred. They will never meet but are linked through time by their rights to freedom and their individual struggles to secure those rights.

My grandfather and grandmother owned a Basque restaurant in San Francisco before I was born and food has always been meaningful way for me to connect to his memory. That is why this beautiful treat holds so much meaning to me. My grandfather’s story also feels particularly relevant as I look for a way to celebrate over the holiday weekend. So please come and join us to lift up anyone in your past, present and future that brings you inspiration and hope. ♥️
