Chicago ArtiZen We are a holistic culinary company specializing in premium chocolates and confections. I became a Registered Nurse and Aaron a Pastry Chef. We are ready.

Our Story
Over twenty years ago, Aaron and I, Elsie, met and fell in love. After working for Chef Charlie Trotter ultimately as his Chocolatier, Aaron wanted to expand his culinary skills which led us and our baby girl, Elyssa, to make a life-changing decision. Young and dreamy-eyed, we moved to Los Angeles California. Aaron went to work with Chef Donald Wressel, a mentor whom he cherishes his fri

endship with to this day. I was privileged to work in my desired specialty of nursing, Orthopedics, where I met some of my life-long friends and a mentor who opened my eyes on how I can impact patients on a larger scale. Then one day Aaron made his first batch of Dragee. Aside from the first time i met Aaron and gave birth to Elyssa, i fell in love. These Chocolate covered nuts became signature Christmas gift, year after year. After having numerous folks ask how they can get on our christmas list ;-) we finally decided it was time to share them on a larger scale. We put everything we had, from our own money to all of our time, into getting the company started. What we didn't anticipate was the amount of growth in such a short amount of time. I know - what a problem to have! Faced with the a new pregnancy and naivety of running a business, we took a step back and decided to wait. Well, the time has come. We are starting out with our signature line of chocolates. In the future we anticipate continuing to offer exceptional products, including CBD-infused chocolates. We hope you love them as much as we do.

But unfortunately some people either cannot consome THC or have consumed to much. We make foods to help balance Your homeostasis. We use Organic H**p CBD(0%THC) with natural terpenes and flaviniods from food and cannabis. This can help with the entourage effect as well as blocking receptors to prevent intoxication. Introduce detoxification from h**p charcoal , peppercorns. Stimulation from theobromine , sugar, limonene...use your imagination!
