Ok I just got everything dug out. I will be open no later than noon tomorrow ( depends on how icy the roads are. I will be closing at 5pm so that I can make it back up the hill before the roads start freezing back up again. Ok the sun is shining finally. I am going to have another cup of coffee and then go back out to continue digging out. Hopefully I will be able to get open some time later today. Now you can see what I am dealing with. Finished digging everything out last night at 6pm. Ended up having to do the vast majority of it by hand because the snowblower keeps breaking down which is upsetting since that unit is only a couple of years old. It’s still snowing up here and supposed to continue through out the day. I am going to try and get the blower running again and get dug out so that hopefully I just have a little clean up in the morning and can make it down to the snow. Sorry for any inconvenience but I am doing everything I possibly can

Well looks like I will be closed again today still trying to get dug out but between The snowblower that keeps breaking down and the fact it’s still snowing steady again it doesn’t look like I will make it down the hill today. Plus they still haven’t gotten the culdi sac road plowed. I will fix the snowblower and keep at it so at least it will be easier to try again tomorrow

Ok so I got almost another foot of snow overnight. It’s finally looking like today is going to be lighter snow off and on all day so I am going to try and get everything dug out and attempt to open for at least a little bit today. Storm is supposed to roll back in tonight with snow level down to 2000’ or lower. The thing that is going to be the deciding factor is the county plow. The main road has been plowed and I can get my long driveway from the house down to the culdi sac done but they haven’t done anything to the culdi sac road yet. If they don’t manage to get it cleared early enough today then can’t open. I can make it down like it is but won’t be able to get back up. I’ll post again as soon as I can

Still snowing at the house and supposed to continue on and off thru tonight so I am calling a snow day and will be closed today 2/17/26. That will give everyone a chance to get dug out and the road crews to get things back into decent shape. Tow trucks are still probably pulling cars out of the ditches based upon the number of reports of cars off the roads I was seeing and hearing on the scanner. Honestly if you don’t need to go out it’s best to just stay home today. Take a another look at things Wednesday morning and see if I will be able to get down the hill and open up
