**Our position on the current NFA "situation"**

We are clear that there was a transfer of a suppressor last night that was done in Texas with no NFA registration. At this time there is NO OFFICIAL word, open letter, or official documentation of any kind that states that NFA registration is not required. Until an official statement has been made via an ATF open letter, or direct confirmation from ATF that procedure has changed we will do business as usual.

With that said, we still offer a one stop shop in house service for fingerprinting, form 4 submission, and suppressor education.

We don't have the legal defense budget that Silencershop, GOA, or Palmetto State Armory have if this goes even a little wrong. We appreciate your understanding patience as we navigate through the changing environment!

Great News! Digital Fingerprinting is coming to T & Z Armory as an added service next week! This will NOT be a Silencerco Kiosk! When we are done...you will get to walk away with a copy of your fingerprints to use later for additional Form 1 and Form 4 submissions! This will also be a service offered separately from NFA sales!
