What’s a Maine summer without fresh, local oysters? We've been farming oysters on the Damariscotta River for the last five years, and this year we've opened a waterfront location where you can enjoy them!

We harvest a batch every Friday morning serve them all weekend long on the wharf at Gamage Shipyard in South Bristol. Come shuck your own (don't worry, we'll teach you how) or grab a dozen to go. Deck seating, water views, snacks, cold drinks—oyster-lover or not, you’re welcome here.

Open Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays 11am-4pm.
