Richness, texture, and intentionality were at the forefront for these designs.
Other than the overall feel - I was given a lot of creative freedom to bring the vision to reality.
Smokebush season lined up perfectly, so I leaned into it as both a focal and supporting act. I knew for ceremony I wanted limited ingredients - to allow each one to have its moment but together create a statement. Queen Annes Lace added texture and movement to the aisle. The most spectacular Eremurus from June Farm | Brooke & Cafe Crème Foxglove brought the height.
I wanted the center of the tables to be the main focal point but needed intentional supporting flowers to continue the story. So for the table top floral moments Brownie Tulips were the perfect textural yet romantic statement to add, paired with Oncidium and Jewels of Opar.
I won’t admit how long I spent brainstorming & sourcing these flowers - but it’s always so worth it to see the ideas swirling around in our heads come to life.
