Tomorrow starts our Warhammer 40,000 11th Edition Escalation League!

Welcome to our 11th Edition Escalation League!
This league is designed to be a fun, welcoming environment for new, returning, and veteran players alike. The focus is on learning the new edition, growing your collection, meeting other hobbyists, and enjoying great games of Warhammer 40,000.
This is a casual, community-focused league, not a competitive tournament. Good sportsmanship and enjoyable games are always the priority.
Escalation Schedule
Escalations will occur every two weeks, giving players time to build, paint, and play games before increasing the army size.
Round 1: 1,000 points
Round 2: 1,250 points
Round 3: 1,500 points
Round 4: 1,750 points
Round 5: 2,000 points
Army Lists & Faction Changes
At the beginning of each escalation round, players may:
Submit an entirely new army list.
Change units, detachments, enhancements, or any other legal list choices within their current faction.
Switch to a different faction, provided they have a legal army at the current points level.
Once submitted, your army list is locked for the duration of that two-week escalation round.
Players may not change their list between games to tailor against specific opponents.
All army lists must use the current 11th Edition rules, points, and official FAQs.
Toughness Restrictions
To help keep early games balanced and approachable for new and returning players, the following restrictions apply:
1,000 Points
Maximum Toughness allowed: 10
Maximum of one Toughness 10 unit in your army.
1,250 Points
Maximum Toughness allowed: 10
Maximum of two Toughness 10 units in your army.
1,500 Points and Above
No Toughness restrictions.
These restrictions are intended to encourage balanced army construction while everyone learns the new edition.
League Expectations
Players are encouraged to:
Help newer players learn the game.
Explain important army rules before each game.
Allow reasonable take-backs during learning games when possible.
Play with clear communication and good sportsmanship.
Bring balanced, thematic armies.
Focus on creating enjoyable games rather than simply winning.
Please avoid building armies specifically to counter an opponent or relying on extreme skew lists that create one-sided games.
Rules Questions
11th Edition is new for everyone.
If a rules question comes up during a game:
Check the Core Rules or official FAQ.
Spend no more than a few minutes looking for the answer.
If it cannot be resolved quickly, roll off, make a reasonable ruling, and continue the game.
Look up the correct answer after the game for future rounds.
Keeping games moving is more important than lengthy rules debates.
Hobby
Painting is encouraged but not required.
Whether your army is fully painted or freshly assembled, everyone is welcome. The goal is to enjoy the hobby together and watch our armies grow throughout the league.
