Wednesday's Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses Alumni Breakfast gave me something to think about: You can't talk to every customer the same way and expect the same results!

Jennah lear of Blue Loui Studio led a great conversation about branding, marketing, visibility, and understanding your target audience. My biggest takeaway was the importance of knowing exactly who you're speaking to and tailoring your message to reach them.

This really hit home for me because we operate several businesses under the LT Squared umbrella, and each one serves a different audience.

With LT Squared, we're connecting with clients who want custom stationery and personalized designs that bring their vision to life. With Twin Aura Essence, we're reaching customers who appreciate quality body care, home fragrances, and a little everyday self-care. And with Chapter929 , we're speaking to event hosts, entrepreneurs, instructors, and creatives looking for a space to bring people together.

Different audiences. Different needs. Different messages. But the same goal: making meaningful connections with the people we serve.

As we continue growing our businesses, I'm learning that it's not just about being visible. It's about being visible to the RIGHT people with the RIGHT message.

Thank you, Jennah, for the valuable insights and to the team for continuing to create opportunities for us to learn, connect, and grow. It's always great catching up with fellow alumni, sharing experiences, and seeing how far we've all come!

It's Thankful Thursday and we're thankful for Brenda!

This one right here made us smile from ear to ear.

One of our beautiful customers shared that she accidentally left her scarf behind… and when she came back the next week, the staff already knew it was hers.

Not because of the look…
but because of the scent.

They had been enjoying the fragrance for days.

Moments like this remind us why we do what we do. It’s more than body care. It’s how you feel, how you show up, and how you’re remembered… even when you’re not in the room.

We are so thankful for each and every one of you.

Want to try something kumquat? Visit our site www.LTSquared.com, go to the search bar, then type "kumquat" ... it'll pull up every product we have in that scent!
