Still a very dirty snd unorganized store. Still employed are the rude employees that work there so basically this corporate store cares nothing about their reputation

Anyone can share their bad experiences at this place so hopefully it stops the employees from bad treatment of customers to the dirty nasty store that’s never been cleaned

UPDAT::::

Still no changes at this store. Still has the same rude manager and assistant manager also the employees are becoming just as rude. It’s sad that so many complaints have been filed and nothing has been done. Store looks so nasty I don’t see how anyone would trust to buy something there. Store has a inch of dust on shelves and products. Clothes being sold have missing buttons and stains on them, floors are sticky and full of filth and when you ask for help no one wants to help. Then if one of the employees has a issue with one of your family members look forward to being disrespected no matter age. MY MOTHER WAS DISRESPECTED TO THE WORSE WAY POSSIBLE BY ARIS over the fact she don’t like my son. That has NOTHING TO DO WITH US NOR HER, FIRST OFF. SECONDLY, WE WENT TO A STORE TO BUY THINGS NOT BE DISRESPECTED AND TREATED THE WAY WE WERE. Family Dollar obviously condoned this behavior because this site has shown many people with complaints about her and the man helping her. Glad that they don’t get much business and I hope that their store is closed to show family dollar that customers don’t deserve that kind of treatment when their spending their hard earned money there.
BUSINESSES SHOULD MAKE SURE THEIR EMPLOYEES KEEP THEIR PERSONAL SEPARATE FROM THEIR WORK LIFE.
I KNOW THAT THEY HAVE LOST 32 loyal customers at the south haven store since my boycott started and I’m working to find more.

Thank you all for your support. Heard so many stories about Aris Gallas and her treatment of customers for years. Now I’m hearing even more. Told them that they should call and complain but as I see now.... it does no good to report inappropriate behavior from her be there manager Cody lies for her. I will be organizing a boycott protest soon on the corner of this store.

Have over 100 people so far boycotting the south haven store as we speak. I’m also encouraging those that have gotten treated poorly by Family Dollar to speak up and report it. Even though they seem to not care

District manager called me and said that Aris said she was talking about the smell of the cooler. How is it that a cooler smells sk**ky??? We all know what skank means. Then the district manager said I was lying before she even looked at video. Isn’t it that you inspect all aspects of the story and watch the video that shows that I, The customer told the truth. Then to follow me out of store to continue her childish inappropriate behavior was the end of it all. But Family Dollar condones their harassment and their bad behavior to their customers

My mother and I was disrespected by Aris the first time about 2-3 years ago. You don’t disrespect your elders let alone while your working for a company. Filed a complaint but nothing was done. Then it happened again on March 30th.
