Provo City offers 3 down payment assistance programs for first-time homebuyers.

All 3 programs offer:
✔️ 0% interest
✔️ No monthly payment
✔️ Deferred loans
✔️ Nothing due until the home is no longer your primary residence

Quick breakdown:

🏡 Home Purchase Plus
Up to $60,000 toward a home in Provo

🏡 Loan to Own
Up to $40,000 toward a home anywhere in Utah County

🏡 Own in Provo
Up to $15,000 for buyers with slightly higher income limits
This program is currently funded and open now

Timing note:
Home Purchase Plus and Loan to Own are fully committed for this fiscal year. New funding opens July 1st.

If your home is already under contract, we may be able to start paperwork now and target a mid-to-late July closing.
