This summer has been tough on my Monarch butterfly habitat. You may not know, but Wild Indigo Farm is an Offical Monarch Waystation. Not sure if it was all the rain or what. No eggs. No frass (p**p). Nothing. 😭

I was so excited tonight to go out and find 2 caterpillars! 🐛 Better late than never I guess!

So, now I watch. Typically they will form their chrysalis on the p***y willow, so I'm on momma watch. I can't wait.

In the next weeks (once the weather cools a bit) we will start having more baked goods so you don't have to do the work for Holiday gift giving!

The outside drive up Holiday Gift Stand will will be open beside the barn in the next few weeks. You can pull up and get what you need all weekend long! Products will be available in the stand from 9a-7p Saturday and Sunday.

Payment will be cash or Venmo only as it will be self-serve.

We will have mini sweet breads, drop biscuits, scones, brownies, fudge, and jams from Two Generations Jams Jellies & Preserves. Also available will be handcrafted Herbal Cooking Oils and Spice Packs from our farm! The perfect compliment to holiday cooking!

Just a friendly reminder as children head back to school.

This reminder is for everyone... including those who fly down Main St., get air over the bike trail, all where the speed limit is 25!!!

Slow down. Kids and families deserve to feel safe.
