Today marks nine years since Aidan worked his very first job with us.
Back then, he was just a kid helping set up chairs, loading trucks, and learning the business alongside his older brother and dad. Today, he is leading his own crew and managing jobs from start to finish. Colin joked, “from carrying one chair to 14 chairs at a time now.”
Watching him grow through this business has been one of the most rewarding parts of being a family-owned company. The work ethic, responsibility, and leadership skills he has developed along the way make us incredibly proud. He will be heading down to Miami in the fall to pursue a degree in finance. We will miss him terribly not just at home but at SLTR as well.
A huge thank you to our customers for supporting local and family-run businesses like ours. Because of you, we have had the opportunity to watch the next generation grow up right alongside the company.
