We are sad to announce that by the end of the year (likely sooner), Barrels & Bullets will be closing. Our building was sold...
Having been in the same location since we opened in 2008, we have had the pleasure of meeting so many amazing folks, making many friends, and serving this community in teaching gun safety and state law. We've helped some find their "first gun," helped others find something they have wanted for years, and it has been a joy!
On one hand, we are ready to "not be tied to a retail store!" But, on the other hand, we simply CANNOT AFFORD the cost of our space since it was sold. We've had a good run, and we're NOT leaving the Island. So, ask Bobby to go fishing or work with you on a project! (You know our grandkids think "Pop" can fix or do anything!) As for me, I'm happy to help here and there however I can, I just don't share his talents or many of my own! But, I do have a willing spirit.
TRUTHFULLY, we are looking forward to doing some things together that we have talked about for years, visiting family and friends who have never made their way to the Island, and having time and energy to have fun with our Island friends!
