Birding is having a moment... and honestly, I love it.

I've been photographing wildlife since 2017—back when people thought I was a little weird for standing knee-deep in mud waiting for a bird. 😅

Honestly? The more people looking up instead of down at their phones, the better.

Independent shops like The Curious Heart are one of the reasons I love living in Cranford.

They’re not just places to buy things—they’re places that reflect the people behind them. Every item feels thoughtfully chosen, and every visit feels a little different.

As a small business owner, it means so much to have There’s This River on their shelves. It’s an honor to be included among products and books that encourage people to slow down, recharge, and reconnect with themselves and the natural world.

This summer, Sharon Steele, Broker Associate of Coldwell Banker Realty selected 135 copies of There's This River as client appreciation gifts for past clients. Seeing these stacks of books on my dining room table is something I'll never forget.

As a fellow Cranford resident, I'm incredibly honored that Sharon chose to support a local author and photographer while thanking the people who have supported her business over the years.
