Employee of the Month: Jaylen Henderson! 🍦

This month, we’re celebrating Jaylen from our New Haven Scoop Shop! When asked what he loves most about working at Ben & Jerry’s, he had a few great reasons.

First, it’s his managers. Jaylen says he appreciates that he has a manager who really listens when he voices his opinions or has any concerns.

His second favorite part is seeing the smiles on kids’ faces when they walk through the door. As a dad, Jaylen says seeing kids so happy reminds him of his daughter, who is the exact same way.

And finally, the opportunities! From catering and helping out at other shops to volunteering and finding new ways to get involved, Jaylen loves that there are always opportunities to learn, contribute, and even make some extra money.

Thank you, Jaylen, for everything you bring to the team! We’re so happy to celebrate you as our Employee of the Month!
