June 30th, 2024 is a day I won’t forget! I walked into Getwell Church earlier this year, not knowing what to expect or what I even wanted in a relationship with God. Celebrate Recovery changed my life! I am NOT a drug or alcohol addict but parts of my life had become unmanageable. I have struggled with codependency for years and when things get tough, I am usually a runner. I found myself wanting to run away from my life again in January, but God! Entered some amazing people in my life who have become closer than family to me! I only shared a little bit of my testimony yesterday but you will be hearing more from me in the future, I promise! God is doing some amazing things in my life and it would not honor Him to keep it to myself. Jesus came for the broken hearted and the weary. The worst of the worst were His closest friends. .jenkins and were a big part of me coming to understand Jesus, as both the God and human that he is! Praise God for the people He is using all over the world to change lives!
