Our Grandson

Jacob W. Askew, 22, of Kitty Hawk, North Carolina, passed away on November 13, 2025, following a tragic automobile accident in Parmer County, Texas.

A viewing will be held at Gallop Funeral Services- Nags Head on Thursday, November 20, 2025, from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm. The funeral service will take place at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, November 21, 2025, at Kitty Hawk Methodist Church, with a graveside committal with full military honors immediately following at Austin Cemetery. The family will receive visitors at the Askew residence in Kitty Hawk following the burial.
Jacob’s life, though far too brief, was filled with purpose, service, and love. His strength of character and his generous spirit will continue to inspire all who knew him, and his memory will remain forever cherished.
