❓If you were to write a description of us for our website, what would you have it say?💻
ℹFor more context, we saw the below on business owners/entrepreneurs and wondered what you, our fabulous families, would say if you could rewrite our website:
"Something I’ve been wondering…
If your last 10 happy customers wrote your website, would it say the same things it says now?
I was reading reviews for a local service company. One customer mentioned the final bill came in below the quote because the job used less material than expected.
That would make me pause if I were deciding who to call.
Their website talked about “quality service” and “competitive prices.” Fair enough. But that customer told me what those words actually meant.
What do your customers thank you for that someone looking at your business online would never know?"
👀We look forward to reading your Comments.
