Sparkle and Company is owned by a local mom in Sparks NV. Each and every bow is made with love. I use only high quality ribbon and materials and hand-sew each and every "part" to create a bow that will last years to come. I specialize in creating one-of-a-kind bows/hair accessories featuring U.S. Sparkle and Company can also make tutus, hair bow display boards, bottle cap accessories.
