NAPCO USA NAPCO is a US custom manufacturer of rigid paperboard and packaging products.

Our products include set up boxes, slipcases, binders, and many other turned edge products. NAPCO has been delivering quality products nationally and internationally since 1977. NAPCO, located in Sparta, North Carolina was founded by Rocky Proffit in 1977 after graduating from Appalachian State University. From an 1,800 square-foot garage, NAPCO began manufacturing boxes and custom packaging products. With Rocky’s unrelenting commitment to excellence in quality and customer service, NAPCO grew to become the leading provider of custom packaging using rigid board construction in the industry. Having acquired Vulcan Information Packaging in 2017, NAPCO can now produce more packaging products than ever in our history. BOXES

Our Kudu has made itself at home and is already showing off its tandem printing capabilities! Tracey loads and unloads sheets on one side while the SwissQ keeps printing on the other, keeping production moving without missing a beat.

It may be printing black today, but this machine has a lot more to show us. Stay tuned!

This is a sneak peek at our newest trick: Printing straight onto constructed boxes. If you've got a weird substrate or a wild idea, throw it at us. Odds are good we can print it.

Big news out of our Sparta shop: we've added wide-format and embellishment printing to what we can do! 🎉

That means richer color, textured finishes, and printing directly onto materials like glass, wood, metal, and acrylic, not just paper and board.
