The Taste of East is back on Wednesday, August 19, from 5:00–8:00 p.m. in Gaslight Village!

Spend the evening exploring the village, sampling food and treats from participating local businesses, shopping, and enjoying a night built around community. Taste of East is also a fundraiser, with a portion of ticket sales supporting a local charity and participating businesses.

The evening will once again coincide with Wednesdays on Wealthy and Rally on Reeds, an outdoor volleyball event taking place on Memorial Field, weather permitting.

Rally on Reeds schedule:
• 4:30 p.m. – Allendale vs. Forest Hills Central exhibition match
• 7:00 p.m. – East Grand Rapids vs. Grandville feature match

Come hungry, cheer on the teams, support local businesses, and make a full evening of it in Gaslight Village.

To those who were caught in the storm this weekend at the Lavender Fest, my heart goes out to you. I have an extra 10 by 10 tent, two 6 ft tables, extra tablecloths, an extra collapsible shelf, a collapsible baker's rack and a few extra items I can loan to replace your items that were damaged. I'm in the Grand Rapids area. Let me know what I can do to help.

Do you need custom corn hole bags for an upcoming event, gift or just because? Send me a message to order a custom set for $40 These are regulation sized and filled with corn but you can ask for the plastic pellets for $8 extra.

We are here today Friday June 19th from 4:00 p.m. to 8 p.m. and tomorrow Saturday June 20th from 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. . I have my exclusive craft show specials so come and find me. I am in front of the Dance with Me studio.
